Bobba Bar

Bobba Bar is a free virtual world for mobile phones, created by Sulake, the creators of Habbo. Bobba Bar is for 17+.

Bobba Bar was launched in the Nokia OVI store and iTunes on November 2009[1] as a free application for Nokia smart phones, iPod touch and iPhone users. Named after bobba, an ex-word filter in Habbo, Sulake's biggest and most successful project so far. Bobba bar was originally named just Bobba, but they decided to change it to make it more of a social hangout scene. Bobba Bar just recently added the option to create your own room. Bobba Bar charges in-game costs to create your own room.

Bobba Bar announced that 150K (150 Thousand) users had signed up to Bobba Bar on November 23rd, 2009. Bobba Bar has since increased its population by a few thousand, and is still growing by the thousands.

On June 30th, 2010, Sulake Launched it's newest version for Bobba Bar. On that Wednesday, Sulake launched it's Bobba Bar v2.0 version.

Even though Bobba Bar isn't as much of a success as Sulake's leading project, Habbo Hotel, it has been very successful and has kept Sulake running.
